Roles and Responsibilities-
- Soft Bucket Recovery
- Drive collections in the 0–30 DPD (days past due) segment, ensuring maximum resolution before accounts roll forward.
- Portfolio Monitoring
- Track delinquency trends, reduce roll rates, and maintain collection efficiency across assigned geographies.
- Tele & Field Collections
- Design calling strategies, monitor dialer efficiency, and oversee field visits with proper documentation and escalation.
- Team & Vendor Management Lead collection managers, team leaders, and executives; manage outsourced agencies; conduct daily reviews and performance audits.
