Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct product sampling at project sites and arrange pull-out tests as per site requirements/28 days.
2. Supervise sites where material has been supplied and organize on-site trainings for tile and stone contractors to ensure correct product application.
3. Participate in contractor meets organized by the Sales team, including arranging live demonstrations, product samples, and hands-on training sessions.
4. Organize in-shop engagement meetings at retailer outlets in coordination with the Sales team to promote product awareness and usage.
5. Maintain detailed records of site sampling activities and pull-out test results, and submit reports to the Cluster Manager and EB Head.
6. Prepare and share contractor meet databases,



including contractor names, contact details, and addresses, with the Cluster Manager and EB Head upon completion of the event.
7. Drive contractor enrollment on the BW Experts Club mobile application, assist with installation, and train contractors on token scanning and app usage.
8. Maintain robust contractor relationships through regular engagement, including daily telephonic interactions with at least 5–6 contractors to gather information on ongoing projects and identify business opportunities.
