Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Area Business Manager (ABM) to lead and expand our presence in the Mumbai Central pharmaceutical market. The role involves managing field teams, driving sales growth, strengthening doctor relationships, and executing effective business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives

- Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned territory

- Drive territory expansion and improve market penetration

- Build and maintain robust relationships with doctors, hospitals, and key stakeholders

- Develop and execute monthly and quarterly business plans

- Monitor field performance, conduct joint field visits, and provide coaching

- Analyze market trends, competition, and sales data

- Ensure effective implementation of promotional strategies and campaigns

- Maintain discipline, compliance,



and reporting standards

Requirements

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales

- Mandatory exposure to Mumbai Central Track

- Strong experience in handling and developing MR teams

- Proven track record of sales growth and territory development

- Excellent knowledge of Mumbai Central doctors, hospitals, and market dynamics

- Strong leadership, planning, and execution skills

- Ability to drive targets and build high-performing teams

- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Profile:

- Experience in Orthopedic or General products

- Stable career track record

- Immediate or short notice period preferred
