Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team to achieve individual and overall business targets.
- Drive sales generation and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
- Develop and execute branch-level sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.




- Identify local market opportunities and develop initiatives to increase market presence and sales.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and customer-focused work culture within the branch.
