Roles and Responsibilities

1. Own the customer experience by driving predictability and efficiency in the team's project delivery with a strong focus on quality.
2. Handle projects from the initial client briefing through the final stages of construction.
3. Take complete ownership of assigned projects, including new buildings, extensions, alterations, and restoration projects.
4. Manage end-to-end client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Act as a customer-facing representative, ensuring transparent communication and a seamless client experience.

Develop and present design proposals to clients. Prepare architectural drawings and specifications.
1. Prepare PMHO deliverables, including floor plans, quotations, and structural coordination.
2. Prepare and manage client agreements and related documentation.
3. Lead, motivate, train, and manage Architects and Interns on a day-to-day basis.
4. Drive people management initiatives, including mentoring, coaching, and performance management of team members.
5. Drive initiatives for revenue growth, team performance,



and people development.
6. Build new processes and re-engineer existing processes at the city/central level to improve productivity.
7. Ensure processes are scalable to support business growth and increasing project complexity.
8. Establish and continuously improve consistency, predictability, and efficiency in project delivery by implementing best practices.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Relationship Management, and Operations) to ensure timely project deliverables.
10. Work closely with the City Leadership Team, Department Heads, and other stakeholders to understand client needs and project objectives.
11. Conduct quality control reviews of design documentation.
12. Review project schedules and monitor team deliverables.
13. Prepare and maintain detailed Minutes of Meeting (MOM) for every client discussion.
14. Ensure project execution aligns with client requirements, quality standards, and timelines.
