Role Description This is a full-time, in office Architect role based in Borivali. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design drawings, and producing detailed construction documentation for a variety of project types. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams and external consultants, participating in site visits, overseeing design implementation, and ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.





The role involves collaborating with clients to understand needs, presenting design proposals, and incorporating feedback while maintaining the firm’s design principles and sustainability goals. The Architect will also support project management activities, including resource planning, tracking progress, and managing communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into buildable solutions.

Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software; familiarity with Integration of design workflows and coordination tools.

Experience or aptitude in Project Management, including scheduling, coordination with consultants, and managing deliverables.

Understanding of building codes, local regulations, and sustainable design practices.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or eligibility is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Borivali, conduct site inspections, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and design quality.

Prior experience in culturally sensitive, context-driven projects in India is beneficial.
