The practice specializes in high-rise residential projects and interior design, with a strong emphasis on up-to-date construction methodologies and quality standards. The dzign studio supports clients from concept to execution, coordinating stakeholders, resolving design challenges, and ensuring projects are built in line with construction drawings and industry best practices.

Role Description This is a full-time, remote Architect role at the dzign studio. The Architect will collaborate on planning and designing building projects, preparing concept designs, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.

Responsibilities include coordinating with consultants and other stakeholders, reviewing drawings for compliance with standards, and supporting value-engineering efforts to optimize space, quality, and cost.



The Architect will assist in design presentations, participate in design reviews, and help ensure that on-site execution aligns with design intent and industry norms. The role also involves maintaining organized project documentation and communicating clearly with internal and external partners in a remote setting.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in building projects.
- Understanding of Integration between design disciplines and basic Software Development concepts as they relate to design tools or workflows.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination of stakeholders, and tracking design deliverables.
- Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture ; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Strong visual, spatial, and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
