: Architect - Residential Projects

Company: Leading Construction Company

Location: Saligramam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 5-6 Years

Salary: Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 60,000 per month

Role & Responsibilities:

- Lead architectural design and planning for residential projects including villas, apartments, and independent houses
- Develop conceptual designs, floor plans, elevations, 3D views, and detailed working drawings
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design proposals
- Liaise with structural, MEP, and interior teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Prepare BOQ, material specifications, and technical documentation for projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation, quality, and adherence to drawings
- Ensure all designs comply with CMDA, DTCP, and local building codes & regulations
- Handle client meetings, design presentations, and incorporate feedback




- Work closely with project and execution teams to resolve design-related issues on site
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for management review

Requirements:

- 5-6 years experience in architectural design with focus on residential projects
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. Valid COA registration mandatory
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and MS Office
- Solid knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building bylaws
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work from Saligramam, Chennai office
