About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Architect to join our Design Team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in architectural design, planning, and project execution. The role involves developing innovative design solutions, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring successful delivery of projects as per client requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, design proposals, and detailed design solutions for building projects.
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal engineering teams for project execution.
- Review project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
- Participate in design discussions, presentations, and client meetings.
- Provide technical support during design development and project delivery stages.
- Review drawings and ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to project standards.
- Manage project timelines and deliver design outputs within agreed schedules.

Qualification & Experience




- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent qualification.
- 5–10 years of experience in Architectural Design / Building Design Consultancy.
- Experience in handling architectural design projects from concept stage to detailed design.
- Robust knowledge of architectural principles, construction methods, and design standards.
- Experience working on commercial, residential, institutional, or large-scale building projects.

Technical Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.

- Good knowledge of architectural design software and documentation tools.
- Experience with SketchUp, 3D Max, Lumion, Revit Architecture, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
- Ability to prepare high-quality presentation drawings and design documentation.

- Good understanding of materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
