Company Description Sketch Design Studio’s Earth Design parallel, founded in January 2020, specialises in architectural design focusing on natural building techniques. We design sustainable structures using materials such as mud, lime, and stone, combining traditional techniques with contemporary ideas. Designers and architects collaborate closely with clients to deliver solutions that harmonize with nature and enhance everyday living.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Alwar. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts and detailed designs for natural building, ensuring alignment with the studio’s sustainable and minimalist design philosophy. Day-to-day tasks include preparing drawings and specifications, coordinating with clients to understand requirements, and collaborating with designers and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

The role involves site visits, overseeing design implementation, and resolving design and construction issues to maintain quality, safety, and compliance with relevant standards.



The Architect will also contribute to project planning, documentation, and continuous refinement of design processes. Qualifications

Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in planning and designing residential and commercial spaces.

Ability to collaborate on Integration of design elements, systems, and materials to ensure cohesive, functional spaces.

Proficiency in Project Management, including scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and monitoring project progress.

Familiarity with relevant Software tools (e.g., CAD/ SketchUp) to produce accurate drawings, 3D models, and documentation.

Knowledge of sustainable and natural building practices, materials, and construction techniques.

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Architecture from an accredited institution and eligibility for professional registration as per local regulations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, consultants, and in office teams
