Role Description This is a full-time Architect role based in Chennai, structured as a hybrid position with some work-from-home flexibility. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings and plans, and coordinating design documentation for residential, commercial, and urban development projects.

Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with project teams, consultants, and clients; ensuring design compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards; and participating in site visits to monitor progress and resolve design issues. The role involves integrating design solutions with structural, MEP, and other technical systems, while maintaining the firm’s quality standards and attention to detail.



The Architect will also support project planning, timelines, and deliverables, contributing to successful turnkey project execution.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop concepts into detailed, buildable plans.
- Experience in Project Management, including coordination of multidisciplinary teams, scheduling, and oversight of project deliverables.
- Knowledge of Integration between architectural design and related domains such as structural, MEP, and interior design to ensure cohesive solutions.
- Familiarity with Software Development or software-based tools relevant to architecture (e.g., BIM platforms, CAD software, and design collaboration tools).
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and robust technical drawing skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, with professional registration or eligibility considered an advantage.
- Ability to communicate design ideas clearly, work collaboratively, and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles; experience with turnkey or large-scale projects is a plus.
