Architect — 2–4 Years Experience

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Architect with 2–4 years of experience to join our growing design team in Coimbatore.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural design, residential projects, 3D modelling, architectural visualization, working drawings, and site coordination.

Candidates based in Coimbatore or Tamil Nadu are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts and design proposals for residential and interior projects.
- Create accurate 3D models using SketchUp.
- Produce high-quality architectural visualizations and presentation renders.
- Prepare working drawings, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Develop client presentations, material selections, and design options.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and other consultants.
- Attend site visits and coordinate with contractors and site teams.
- Review site progress and ensure execution follows approved designs.
- Participate in client meetings and understand project requirements.

Required Skills
- 2–4 years of professional architectural experience.
- B.Arch or equivalent qualification.
- Strong proficiency in SketchUp and 3D modelling.
- Strong understanding of architectural visualization and rendering.




- Positive working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and construction.
- Strong design sense, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Preferred Software SketchUp | D5 Render / Lumion / Enscape | AutoCAD | Photoshop | Revit

Preferred Experience

Experience in residential architecture, interior design, 3D modelling, photorealistic visualization, working drawings, and site coordination is preferred.

Candidate Preference

- Candidates based in Coimbatore are preferred.
- Candidates from Tamil Nadu willing to relocate may also apply.
- Strong 3D modelling and visualization skills are essential.
