- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.

- Proficiency in relevantarchitectural design and coordination software.

nKey Responsibilities

N

n
- Develop and refine architectural design concepts for large-scale residential projects.
N
- Support the Team Lead in preparing concept design options and incorporating management feedback.
N
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, HVAC, Landscape, Interior and other consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
N
- Manage and mentor associate architects while ensuring timely delivery of presentation, approval and Good for Construction (GFC) drawings.
N
- Conduct regular site visits to review construction progress, resolve design-related issues and ensure design intent is maintained.

- Drive the adoption of current design technologies and promote continuous learning within the team.

nRegulatory Approvals & Liaison

N

n




- Coordinate with liaison consultants, architects and statutory authorities to obtain required project approvals.
N
- Represent the organization before regulatory authorities, including MOEF/SEAC, for statutory clearances.
N
- Review and validate sanction drawings before submission.
N

nTechnical Review &Documentation;

N

n
- Review area statements, sale drawings and agreement drawings with reference to approved plans.
N
- Review and approve GFC drawings across all disciplines, including: Architecture, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing (PHE), Fire Fighting & Fire Protection, HVAC, Landscape, Interiors, Vendor Drawings
N
- Ensure timely issuance of drawings to internal stakeholders and project sites.
N
- Maintain complete project documentation in compliance with ISO standards.

- Hands-on experience in the design and coordination of large-scale, high-rise residential developments.

- Strong knowledge of building regulations, statutory approval processes and multidisciplinary design coordination.
N
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
N
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects within defined timelines.
