Key Responsibilities

AI-First Mindset

- Candidates should possess an AI First Mindset, both in sales and delivery execution
- Looks for ways to automate monotonous tasks to accelerate value to client deliverables

Design & Develop Solution Plans

- Architect end-to-end Oracle solution plans encompassing L1 processes, Oracle in-scope modules, future state technical architecture and proposed implementation timeline option(s) tailored to the client
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our enabling scope Teams (Change Management, Security & Controls, Tax)
- Present solution plans and recommendations to pursuit leadership with a clear and strategic narrative to win the deal

Develop & Shape Proposals

- Partner with the Pursuit Excellence Team to translate the Solution Plan into a proposal response that clearly articulates our approach, scope, future state architecture and proposed timeline
- Support the Pursuit Excellence Team on solution deep dives, AI-driven solution offerings, and other technical discussions that strengthen the overall response

Develop & Deliver Comprehensive Engagement Pricing

- Build detailed Oracle engagement pricing models based on the timeline created in the Solution Plan. Must be able to define workstream roles and be able to accurately staff the Team based on the proposed scope of work
- Apply required pricing metrics set forth by PwC and be consistent across all engagements




- Translate finalized pricing structures into a transparent-client facing resource requirement summaries, bridging internal delivery planning with client expectations
- [Future] Utilize the AI Pricing Tool and be able to accurately validate and communicate the output to the overall pursuit Team

Support & Facilitate Oracle Discovery Sessions / Participate and/or Lead in Orals

- Design and develop workshop decks spanning L1 processes and associated in-scope modules, ensuring sessions run smoothly while fostering client relationships in close coordinate with the Phase 0 pillar
- Utilize and develop AI-enabled assets to accelerate deliverable creation and support the quality and consistency of discovery outputs
- Partner closely with the P0 pillar to ensure discovery findings are positioned effectively moving engagements from discovery to a confirmed Phase 0 and future implementation
- Lead a track in Orals, commanding the room and articulating that we clearly understand the clients requirements

Oracle Knowledge and Delivery Capabilities

- For domains requested, candidate should have completed 3-5 past implementations, and have experience hands on keyboard” in Oracle in 2-3 modules
- Client facing experience is a must, must be well spoken, able to break down difficult concepts and convey them to a client
