KRA – In-House Architect | Real Estate Developer:

- Vetting of all drawings received from external architects/consultants before issue to site, ensuring there are no errors, discrepancies, clashes or omissions.
- Cross-check Architectural, Structural & MEP drawings to ensure complete coordination and prevent site mistakes/rework.
- Coordinate with Site Team, Structural & MEP Consultants, External Architects, Marketing/Rendering Agencies and Interior Designers.
- Ensure all GFC/working drawings are accurate, coordinated and site-ready before execution.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure construction is as per approved drawings and specifications.




- Coordinate and close all design queries, revisions and changes with consultants in a timely manner.
- Review designs from the developer/promoter’s perspective, balancing aesthetics, functionality, cost and saleability.
- Assist in value engineering, material selection and design optimisation.
- Maintain proper drawing control, revisions and documentation to ensure only the latest approved drawings reach site.

Qualification & Experience:

- B.Arch. from a recognised institution.
- 8–12 years of experience in real estate development / architectural consultancy.
- Strong experience in drawing vetting, coordination and site execution.
- Must have hands-on experience coordinating Architectural, Structural & MEP consultants.
- Experience with residential / luxury real estate projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GFC drawings, construction detailing and design coordination.
- Must be detail-oriented with a proven ability to identify errors before drawings reach site.
