Job Summary

Arundhati Jewellers is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design and manage retail showroom projects, corporate spaces, and renovation works. The ideal candidate should have experience in commercial interior planning, retail store layouts, project coordination, and vendor management, ensuring that every project reflects the premium brand image of Arundhati Jewellers.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop architectural plans, layouts, and concepts for jewellery showrooms, corporate offices, and commercial spaces.
- Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, 3D visualizations, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with interior designers, contractors, consultants, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supervise construction, renovation, and interior fit-out activities to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress reviews to monitor project execution.
- Prepare project estimates, material specifications, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, safety standards,



and statutory approvals.
- Optimize showroom layouts to enhance customer experience, product display, and operational efficiency.
- Review and approve material samples, finishes, lighting, signage, and furniture selections.
- Coordinate with the procurement and administration teams for project-related purchases.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, approvals, and progress reports.
- Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets and timelines.

Required Skills
- Robust proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max, or other architectural design software.
- Knowledge of commercial and retail showroom design principles.
- Excellent project planning and execution skills.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, interior finishes, and building codes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
