Anekant Group is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the real estate and construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, design development, coordination with consultants, preparation of working drawings, and ensuring timely execution of projects. Candidates having experience in high-rise residential and commercial projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs in accordance with project requirements.
- Develop presentation drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Landscape, and Interior consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Review and verify architectural drawings for accuracy, quality, and compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.
- Coordinate with project execution teams to resolve design-related issues during construction.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to approved drawings and design specifications.
- Liaise with statutory authorities and consultants for approvals whenever required.
- Review architectural material specifications, finishes, and BOQs.
- Ensure timely delivery of design milestones while maintaining quality standards.
- Participate in design review meetings and provide innovative and practical design solutions.




- Maintain proper documentation and revision control of architectural drawings and project records.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized university.
- Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) will be preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
- Experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office will be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of building bye-laws, NBC, fire safety norms, and construction methodologies.
