Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for Arc Welders, MIG/TIG Welders, Tack Welders, Structural Fitters/Grinders, Gas Cutters, Riggers, and Helpers. Team members will perform welding and cutting operations on structural steel and related materials, including layout, fit-up, tacking, and final welding as per drawings and safety standards.

Daily tasks include operating MIG, TIG, and arc welding equipment, using grinders and gas cutting tools, assisting in rigging and material handling, and supporting fabrication and assembly of structures for power and hydrogen projects. The role involves interpreting basic technical instructions,



following quality control procedures, maintaining tools and equipment, and adhering to strict safety, environmental, and housekeeping guidelines on the shop floor and project sites. Collaboration with supervisors, engineers, and other crew members is essential to ensure timely and accurate completion of fabrication and installation work.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong welding skills, including Welding and Arc Welding, with the ability to work on structural components safely and accurately.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in process-specific welding techniques such as MIG Welding and TIG Welding for different project requirements.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of Materials used in structural fabrication, including properties, handling, and suitability for various welding and cutting processes.
- Relevant experience in industrial fabrication, structural fitting, grinding, gas cutting, rigging, or helper roles in EPC, power, or heavy manufacturing environments.
- Understanding of safety practices, use of PPE, and adherence to workplace health and safety regulations in fabrication yards and project sites.
- Ability to read and follow straightforward drawings, instructions, and work specifications, with attention to detail and quality standards.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks, work in industrial environments, and handle tools and equipment over extended shifts.
- ITI, vocational training, or equivalent certification in welding, fabrication, or a related trade
