AR CALLER - CHENNAI

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)

- 1 to 4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) Calling within US Healthcare RCM
- Strong experience in denial management and AR follow-up
- Good knowledge of medical coding systems (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS)
- Familiarity with US insurance payers, claim adjudication, and EOBs/ERAs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with billing software/tools
- Ability to work night shifts (US time zones)
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Do not share candidates who worked only on DME Billing

We need candidates with hands-on Physician Billing experience.

Shift - 5,50Pm to 2.30am
