Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Aptitude and Technical Trainer at Stellar Academy for Education. The trainer will be responsible for conducting aptitude and technical training sessions, developing training materials and resources, providing feedback and evaluation to students,



and facilitating interactive and engaging learning experiences. The trainer will also support in curriculum development and contribute to the overall learning workplace.

- Technical Training and Training & Development skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in conducting aptitude and technical training sessions
- Strong knowledge and expertise in the subject matter
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt training methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
