Profile - Customer Service Executive

We're hiring for a Customer Service Voice Process.

Eligibility

- Graduate/UG Fresher can apply
- Excellent Communication in English is mandatory
- Customer handling skill is required
- only Delhi NCR candidates can apply

Experienced Salary - 17.5K CTC

Fresher Salary - 16.5K CTC

Shift & week-off - Rotational shifts(For male) & Day shifts(For females) & 1 Day Rotational Week-off

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handled customer queries via calls
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and skilled manner

-Follow up with customer to ensure issue resolution
- Must be comfortable with customer service

Interview Mode - Walk-In & Virtual Both
