? Shift: #USEST (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

? Experience: 3–4 Years

? Key Requirements:

? Strong L1 & L2 Technical Support experience

? Hands-on experience with Windows & macOS troubleshooting

? Excellent English communication skills (Voice Support experience is mandatory)

? Experience working with International/US clients

? Knowledge of Accounting Applications and Finance Domain support

? Experience in BPO/KPO/Technical Support workplace

? Responsibilities:

Provide application support for accounting software on #Windows & #macOS

Troubleshoot software installation, uninstallation, and application issues

Diagnose OS-related issues and analyse #Windows / #Maclogs

Resolve user issues efficiently and maintain high customer satisfaction





Create and maintain knowledge base articles, training documents, and escalation logs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and escalate complex issues when required

? Preferred Skills:

? Financial/Accounting domain experience

? Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

? Customer-focused approach with excellent communication
