Role Description The Application Specialist (Digital Radiography & Ultrasound) is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role involves providing application support for digital radiography and ultrasound systems, including product demonstrations, user training, and workflow optimization for clinical teams.

The specialist will configure systems, assist with installations, and offer technical guidance to ensure optimum performance and usability of imaging solutions. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting application-related issues, responding to customer queries, documenting solutions,



and collaborating with service and sales teams to address customer needs. The role also includes gathering user feedback, supporting product enhancements, and maintaining strong professional communication with healthcare providers.

Qualifications

- Robust Analytical Skills to understand imaging workflows, interpret user requirements, and propose effective application solutions.
- Hands-on experience in Application Support and Technical Support for digital radiography and ultrasound or related medical imaging systems.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting software and workflow issues, including identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Effective Communication skills to train users, prepare documentation, and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Radiology, Medical Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Experience working with hospital radiology departments, diagnostic centers, or medical equipment vendors is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in clinical environments, manage multiple customer engagements, and travel to client locations when required.
- Familiarity with regulatory and safety standards related to medical imaging equipment is an advantage.
