Key Responsibilities  Provide technical support and application solutions for cutting tools and machining processes.

 Conduct product demonstrations and trials at customer locations.

 Analyse machining issues and recommend suitable tooling solutions.

 Support the sales team in achieving business targets through technical presentations and customer interactions.

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the manufacturing industry.

 Monitor tooling performance and suggest process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

 Prepare technical reports, trial reports, and application documents.

 Coordinate with production and design teams for customized tooling requirements.

 Stay updated with the latest machining technologies, CNC processes,



and cutting tool applications.

Requirements

 Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

 Experience in cutting tools, CNC machining, or manufacturing industry preferred.

 Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling applications, and CNC operations.

 Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to handle customer interactions and technical discussions confidently.

 Willingness to travel for customer visits and application support.
