Job Title: Applications Engineer
Location: Remote (Mumbai, India)
Shift: US Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST)
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team by preparing product quotes and proposals.
- Help customers choose the right products based on their requirements.
- Provide technical support before and after sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training.
- Work with sales, engineering, and other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer documentation and product-related requests.
Requirements:
- Valuable technical and communication skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide solutions.
- Experience in technical support, applications engineering, or a similar role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office is an advantage.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
