Key Responsibilities

- Site Sampling & Technical Validation
- Conduct material and substrate sampling as per project specifications and QA protocols.
- Document site conditions, application readiness, and deviations with photographic and written reports.
- Coordinate with lab teams for sample analysis and result interpretation.

Onsite

Training & Skill Development

- Deliver hands-on training sessions to applicators and site teams on product usage, safety, and installation techniques.
- Customise training content for multilingual and culturally diverse teams.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

3.

Complaint

Handling & Resolution

- Investigate product- or application-related complaints through site visits and stakeholder interviews.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.




- Maintain detailed complaint logs and ensure timely closure with client satisfaction.

4.

Field

Supervision & Compliance Monitoring

- Supervise daily site activities to ensure adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material logistics to maintain workflow continuity.
- Escalate non-compliance or critical issues to senior technical or operations teams. Requirements
- Candidate should be willing for hands on product demonstrations, sampling and testing on site.
- Co-ordinate with contractor, client for getting sample or testing work done at site
- On site training to Masons and supervisors 4) Complaint Handling etc
