Role Description The Application Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain software applications that power the SaathApp platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, integrating third-party services and internal APIs, managing data interactions, and collaborating with product and design teams to implement new features.

The role involves troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring a secure and reliable user experience. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Tharthari,



with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Software Development and Programming, with experience building and maintaining applications.
- Hands-on experience working with Databases, including data modeling, queries, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and related front-end technologies to create responsive and accessible user interfaces.
- Experience with Integration, including APIs, third-party services, and connecting multiple systems or platforms.
- Familiarity with modern development frameworks, version control systems (e.g., Git), and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to analyze requirements, document technical solutions, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in building scalable, secure applications and an interest in collaboration-focused or productivity tools is an advantage.
