Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on MacBooks, iPads, iPhones etc.

- Perform onsite repair, replacement, and maintenance of Apple devices.

- Install, configure, and upgrade macOS, iPadOS, and related applications.

- Replace hardware components such as displays, batteries, keyboards, trackpads, SSDs, cameras, and charging ports.

- Configure user accounts, email, Wi-Fi, printers, and peripheral devices.

- Perform device health checks, preventive maintenance, and system optimization.

- Coordinate with internal teams and OEM support for warranty and escalated cases.

- Maintain service reports, repair documentation, and inventory of spare parts.

- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets while meeting SLA commitments.

- Educate end users on device usage, maintenance, and best practices.

- Travel to customer locations to provide onsite technical support as required.
