iSource Services is hiring for one of their client for the position of App Sales & Growth Marketing Manager IT Services.

About the Role

The ideal candidate should have experience in app marketing, digital sales, B2B/B2C marketing strategies, lead generation, and field sales. Fluency in English and Hindi/Marathi is essential for communicating with local stakeholders and clients. Key Responsibilities

Execute online and offline marketing campaigns targeted at key markets and user segments.

Lead growth hacking strategies to boost user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.

Build and manage client relationships, partnerships, and vendor coordination.

Plan and implement field visits, sales presentations,



and community outreach for app promotion.

Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & adoption targets.

Develop and manage social media marketing, content strategies, and online engagement.

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans.

Qualifications

Gender: Male candidates only

Fluent in English and Marathi/Hindi

Proven experience in field sales or digital marketing

Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Engineering, or related field

2-4 years of experience in mobile app marketing, online sales, or IT product growth roles

Willing to travel for client meetings, field visits, and marketing activations
