Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Analytics Manager with strong, hands-on experience working with large datasets and AI/ML-driven analysis, to own how the organization turns large, complex client datasets into actionable, sellable outputs.

The ideal candidate is a process architect + hands-on analyst someone who can take large datasets from clients, apply AI/ML and automation to identify actionable segments aligned to specific business objectives, and critically bring structure to the many small, disconnected automations currently used across projects by designing a scalable, repeatable architecture.

This role requires the ability to work closely with the Business Analyst (BA) team and Engineering team, standardize how data is scraped, processed, and analyzed, and ensure consistent, reliable output across client accounts

Role & responsibilities

- Own end-to-end analysis of large client-provided datasets to identify actionable business/sales opportunities
- Design and implement scalable, structured data processing architecture to replace fragmented,

project-level automations
- Collaborate with the BA team on applying AI/ML tools for data scraping, enrichment, and

segmentation
- Partner with the Engineering team to align on automation tooling, integrations, and technical

feasibility
- Define standard operating processes and frameworks for recurring data/analytics workflows across

projects
- Evaluate, select,



and implement AI/ML tools and techniques suited to large-scale data segmentation

and classification
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across outputs delivered to clients
- Identify patterns across projects to build reusable, centralized automation instead of one-off scripts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate client requirements into structured analytical workflows
- Stay current with emerging AI/ML tools and techniques relevant to data analytics and automation
- Drive continuous improvement in analytics processes, tooling, and team capability

Preferred candidate profile

- Significant experience in analytics, data operations, or related fields
- Recent, hands-on experience working with large datasets and applying AI/ML for analysis/segmentation
- Proven experience designing structured processes/architecture from fragmented or ad-hoc

workflows
- Strong experience with data analysis, segmentation, and pattern identification at scale
- Working knowledge of AI/ML-driven data scraping and enrichment techniques
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both business/analyst teams and engineering teams
- Advanced problem-solving and systems-thinking capabilities
- Solid understanding of data pipeline design and automation principles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to align technical/analytical solutions with business objectives
