We are looking for an Analyst with hands-on experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) audits and working knowledge of SAP. The role involves pre-audit reviews, compliance checks, and data analysis related to procurement and purchasing activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pre-Audit of Purchase Orders

- Review purchase orders to ensure comparative quotations are obtained for price and quality evaluation.
- Verify compliance with SOPs and Delegation of Powers (DOP).
- Perform ENFA / NFA review to ensure essential financial terms are approved prior to PO issuance, including:

*Rates, quantities, payment terms *Taxes and duties

*Liquidated damages (LD), claims

*Delivery schedules and periodicity

2. Process & Compliance Review

- Review adherence to Reverse / Forward Auction procedures, wherever applicable.
- Ensure procurement processes align with internal policies and controls.

Data Analysis & Reporting

- Analyze pending indents, including sample review of aged / old indents.
- Analyze pending Purchase Orders and Service Orders to identify delays, gaps, and control issues.
- Support audit observations with data-driven insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in P2P / Procurement Audits.
- Working knowledge of SAP (MM module preferred).
- Should have experience in Vendor Negotiations.
- Strong understanding of procurement controls, approvals, and compliance requirements.
- Valuable analytical skills with experience in data analysis using Excel.
- Ability to document findings and communicate clearly.
