Role Overview

Analyst – Accounts Payable (AP) will support end-to-end invoice processing, vendor management, and compliance activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and audit readiness across AP operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Process PO and Non-PO invoices
- Perform invoice validation and 3-way matching
- Ensure compliance with policies and audit controls
- Manage vendor interactions and resolve queries
- Monitor AP aging and reporting
- Identify process improvement opportunities

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Accounting/Finance
- Experience in AP/Invoice Processing
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Concur preferred)
- Strong Excel skills
- Analytical skills (Power BI/VBA preferred)
