Bengaluru

Inspirational, innovative and entrepreneurial - this is how we describe our empowered teams. Combine your passion with purpose and join a culture that is thriving in the face of change.

National in scope and local in focus, MNP is one of Canada’s largest professional service firms providing client-focused accounting, consulting, tax, and digital services to clients. Founded in 1958, MNP today is a CAD 2 billion+ organization with 9600+ employees and 154 offices

across Canada. MNP prides itself on being an ‘advisor’ to its clients (individuals, businesses, and organizations), focusing on their success by delivering personalized strategies and solutions that help clients reach their

full potential — wherever business takes them.

MNP set up MNP SPARK its GCC in Bangalore in May 2025 with a focus on enabling the firm to drive growth, efficiency, customer delight and innovation, by leveraging high quality talent in India. MNP Spark is like any other MNP region/office - front facing, client focused but working with all MNP regions in Canada to deliver services.

Make an impact as we look to strengthen our Digital Advisory practice as an Analyst. This opportunity is a client‑facing business analyst role supporting MNP Digital partners and managers in delivering digital transformation engagements across

Canada. The role blends strong business analysis, stakeholder facilitation, and clear documentation with the technical fluency needed to collaborate with advisory, product, engineering, and data teams.

Analysts research, analyze, and structure insights into client‑ready deliverables—working directly with senior leaders including CIOs, CFOs, COOs, and business owners. Typical outputs include digital maturity assessments, technology and data analyses, AI use‑case

business cases, process documentation, vendor evaluation frameworks, and strategic roadmaps and recommendations.

Responsibilities

- Support project planning, effort estimation, and work-plan development

- Track project activities, risks, issues, and dependencies, and assist with preparing client‑ready status updates and steering committee materials

- Support the delivery of Digital Advisory services from both business and technology perspectives

- Assist with the development of digital strategies, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps

- Facilitate and support effective client meetings and workshops, including preparing agendas, guiding discussions, and documenting outcomes

- Elicit requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions

- Document and model business processes, including current‑state and future‑state workflows

- Analyze and define functional, non‑functional, and data requirements to clearly articulate business needs

- Support requirements management activities, including prioritization, traceability, and change control

- Conduct research and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to support client recommendations

- Perform basic financial analysis and cost‑benefit assessments

- Develop clear, professional documentation and deliverables, including:

- Business cases and digital maturity assessments

- Requirements definition and non‑functional requirements specifications

- Process documentation and project glossaries

- Communication plans, reports, and client‑ready presentations

- Assist with proposal development by tailoring existing content to align with client needs

- Review and refine proposal content, structure, and formatting

- Help ensure proposals are high quality and submitted on time

- Build a strong understanding of MNP’s services, industries, and clients through hands‑on engagement

- Learn from experienced consultants while taking increasing ownership of deliverables
