We are looking for a skilled and responsible Anesthesia Technician to support the anesthesia team in the safe and efficient management of patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and check anesthesia machines, ventilators, oxygen, suction, and monitoring equipment before procedures.

- Arrange anesthesia drugs, airway devices, IV fluids, and other required supplies under the supervision of the anesthesiologist.

- Assist the anesthesiologist during induction, intubation, and surgical procedures.

- Ensure availability of emergency drugs, airway equipment, and crash cart.

- Assist with patient preparation, positioning, shifting, and transfer to the recovery area.

- Support monitoring of basic vital parameters such as BP, SpO₂, ECG, and pulse rate under supervision.

- Clean, disinfect, sterilize, and maintain anesthesia equipment as per hospital protocols.

- Check, troubleshoot, and report any malfunctioning anesthesia equipment.





- Maintain adequate stock of anesthesia consumables and supplies.

- Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and OT protocols.

- Maintain necessary records and documentation related to anesthesia equipment and supplies.

- Coordinate effectively with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and OT staff.

- Be available to assist during emergency and critical procedures.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.Sc. in Anesthesia Technology or equivalent qualification.

- Prior experience in a hospital/OT environment is preferred.

- Good knowledge of anesthesia equipment, airway devices, and OT procedures.

- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced hospital environment.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including emergency duties.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
