Designation: Electrical Operator

Qualification: ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Total Experience: 02 to 05 years

Area: Electrical / Maintenance

Machine / Equipment Exposure along with Electrical Safety & Compliance:

DG Set, PCC, MCC, LTPCC, LT Breakers, Transformers, UPS, Electrical Panels, Power Changeover & Synchronization Systems.

Desired Profile

- Candidates should have hands-on experience in electrical operations and maintenance in a pharmaceutical/OSD or regulated manufacturing plant, with good knowledge of electrical safety and compliance requirements.
- Should have hands-on experience in DG Set synchronization and power changeover to ensure uninterrupted power supply during power interruptions.
- Should have relevant experience in operating and handling LTPCC, PCC, MCC panels, LT breakers, DG Sets, Transformers, UPS and other electrical systems.
- Should be able to perform critical electrical operations safely and efficiently as per defined SOPs and approved procedures.
- Should have knowledge of preventive maintenance of electrical equipment and be capable of attending electrical breakdowns to ensure equipment reliability and continuous plant operations.
- Should have good knowledge of electrical safety practices, including secure isolation,



electrical permit procedures and safe operation of electrical equipment.
- To ensure continuous and reliable electrical supply to support day-to-day plant manufacturing and utility operations.
- To perform routine inspection and monitoring of electrical equipment and panels and report abnormalities or breakdowns to the concerned department.
- To follow all concerned departmental SOPs for day-to-day electrical operation, maintenance and safety activities.
- To maintain proper records and documentation related to electrical operations, preventive maintenance, breakdowns and equipment activities as per Good Documentation Practices.
- To coordinate with the Engineering, Production and Utility teams for planned maintenance, power changeover and uninterrupted plant operations.
- To ensure proper housekeeping and maintain electrical areas and equipment in a safe, clean and orderly condition as per cGMP and EHS requirements.
- To support inspection, testing and commissioning activities of new electrical equipment/systems and assist during qualification activities wherever required.
- To ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and immediately report any unsafe condition, abnormality or equipment failure to the concerned supervisor.
