Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tester with experience in validating applications, IVR systems, and cloud-based solutions. The candidate should have robust expertise in manual and functional testing, defect tracking, and test execution in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and execute test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
- Validate IVR call flows and customer interaction journeys.
- Log and track defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate with developers and business teams for issue resolution.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and testing activities.
- Ensure quality standards and timely delivery.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in manual and functional testing.
- Experience in API testing and validation.
- Knowledge of defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Good analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience testing IVR or contact center applications.
- Exposure to automation testing tools.
- Knowledge of AWS or cloud-based applications.
