Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Architect to design, implement, and optimize cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect. The candidate will be responsible for solution architecture, integrations, IVR strategy, scalability, and ensuring high availability and performance of customer engagement platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement Amazon Connect solutions and contact center architectures.
- Define IVR and call flow strategies based on business requirements.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM, APIs, Lambda, Lex, and third-party systems.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders for solution delivery.
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance optimization.
- Support migration and cloud modernization initiatives.




- Provide technical guidance to development and support teams.
- Participate in troubleshooting and production support activities.

Required Skills

- Strong experience with Amazon Connect architecture.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, CloudWatch, S3, IAM, DynamoDB.
- Experience in IVR design and call routing. - Knowledge of REST APIs and integrations.
- Understanding of contact center operations and telephony concepts.
- Robust problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

​- AWS certifications.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD practices.
