- Responsible for monitoring legal risk in real estate documentation, preparing notices and replies to notices for Property related matters
- Review and draft and negotiate a wide variety of Property related Agreements including leases and lease related documents, leave and license, amenities agreements, brokerage, agreements, routine notices, termination letters and amendments.
- Conduct/ review due diligence of title documents and ancillary lease documents and conclude diligence reports
- Review and negotiate business contracts
- Liaison with external lawyers for due diligence and any other property related matters.
- Establish and maintain relationships by serving as a single point of contact for real estate matters.
- Prepare notices and respond to legal notices related to the Property
- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for real estate transactions.
- Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed.
- Ensuring that all property documentation is in line with the property laws and regulations and Company policies.
