Control and monitor the moulding department and manpower. o Check the Sand Preparation and moulds (Co2 and no bake). o Inspection after shake out. o Vertical Centrifugal Casting ,ready the paint mixture and spray,pouring the metal and complete the process. o Ready the sample and microstructure check. o Dry oven operation. o Chemical composition check by Spectrometer. o Operation of Induction Furnace. o Check the daily moulding planning and monitor.
