Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Aligner Coordinator to manage aligner cases, coordinate with patients and doctors, and ensure smooth case handling from enquiry to completion.

Key Responsibilities1. Case Coordination

- Handle aligner case workflow from enquiry to delivery
- Coordinate with doctors for case approvals and treatment planning
- Track ongoing and completed aligner cases

1. Patient Management

- Follow up with aligner enquiries and convert to confirmed cases
- Guide patients regarding treatment process, timelines, and care
- Maintain regular communication with patients

1. Case Monitoring

- Review confirmed cases, delivered cases, and ongoing treatments
- Ensure timely updates and follow-ups for each patient
- Identify delays and coordinate for resolution

1. Reporting

- Maintain daily reports of:
- Enquiries
- Confirmed cases
- Delivered cases
- Ongoing patients
- Update management on case status and performance

1. Coordination

- Work closely with clinic staff and management
- Ensure smooth communication between patients, doctors, and lab
