Air Freight Operations Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Air Freight Operations Executive to manage and coordinate day-to-day air freight activities. This role involves close coordination with airlines, international customers, third-party agents, and offshore logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate air freight bookings and shipment movements with airlines

- Communicate with airlines, customers, and third-party agents via phone and email

- Work closely with international and offshore logistics teams to support end-to-end operations

- Prepare and manage shipment documentation, including airwaybills and invoices

- Support customs-related documentation and compliance activities (training provided)

- Track shipments, follow standard operating procedures, and meet deadlines

- Use Microsoft Excel, Word,



and Teams for daily operational tasks

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong written and spoken English communication skills

- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across regions

- Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills

- Comfortable working in a process-driven, deadline-focused environment

- Basic knowledge of logistics, air freight, or freight forwarding is an advantage

- Familiarity with invoices and airwaybills is a plus

- Willingness to learn systems, processes, and international logistics workflows

Training

- Full training provided on booking systems, documentation, and customs processes

Education

- Any graduate / Postgraduate

- Qualification in Logistics / Supply chain preferable.
