Role Description The AI Trainer will design and deliver structured training programs on AI-related topics to students and early-career professionals at partner institutions. This full-time role involves developing curriculum and learning materials, preparing practical exercises and projects, and conducting interactive classroom sessions and workshops on-site in Jaipur. The AI Trainer will assess learner performance, provide constructive feedback, and adjust teaching methods to match diverse learning styles and institutional requirements.

The role includes collaborating with academic stakeholders to align course content with current industry standards, documenting training outcomes, and continuously updating material to reflect new tools, frameworks, and best practices in AI and data-driven technologies.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong expertise in artificial intelligence,



machine learning, and data science concepts, including hands-on experience with common algorithms, model evaluation, and real-world applications.

Candidates should possess practical skills in programming and technical tools such as Python or similar languages, relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), and data handling using SQL or other data technologies.

Candidates should possess instructional and curriculum development skills, including lesson planning, designing assessments, creating course materials, and structuring project-based learning activities.

Candidates should possess communication and facilitation skills, including clear verbal and written communication, the ability to explain complex topics simply, and experience leading workshops or classroom sessions.
