ABOUT THE JOB

AI Authority is seeking a visionary and business-focused AI Strategist to lead the development and execution of enterprise AI strategies that drive innovation, operational excellence, and business growth. In this role, you will work closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, AI architects, data scientists, and engineering teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities, define AI roadmaps, and ensure successful adoption of Artificial Intelligence across the organization.

You will play a key role in aligning AI initiatives with business objectives while leveraging modern AI technologies including Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, Intelligent Automation, and Cloud AI platforms to deliver measurable business value.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute enterprise AI strategies aligned with organizational goals and long-term business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, productivity, and decision-making.
- Partner with business leaders to understand challenges and translate them into scalable AI solutions and implementation roadmaps.
- Lead AI discovery workshops, solution assessments, and AI readiness evaluations.
- Define AI adoption frameworks, governance models, implementation strategies, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Solution Architects, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to design enterprise AI solutions.
- Advise on the effective use of Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, RAG, AI Agents, and Intelligent Automation technologies.
- Develop AI business cases, ROI analyses, investment recommendations, and executive presentations.
- Guide prompt engineering strategies, AI workflow design, and AI-powered business process optimization initiatives.
- Establish AI governance, Responsible AI practices, security standards,



compliance requirements, and risk management frameworks.
- Monitor emerging AI technologies, market trends, and competitive innovations to identify strategic opportunities.
- Support enterprise AI transformation initiatives and change management programs.
- Define AI operating models, implementation methodologies, and best practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with cloud and technology partners to evaluate AI platforms, tools, and enterprise solutions.
- Measure AI initiative performance using KPIs, business outcomes, adoption metrics, and continuous improvement frameworks.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on AI strategy, innovation, and digital transformation initiatives.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in AI Strategy, Digital Transformation, Technology Consulting, AI Solutions, Product Strategy, Data Science, or related disciplines.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and enterprise AI technologies.
- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience identifying business opportunities and translating them into AI-enabled solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Understanding of AI implementation lifecycles, software development methodologies, and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with AI governance, Responsible AI principles, privacy,



security, and regulatory considerations.
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong project management, prioritization, and decision-making skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks including LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies.
- Experience designing AI assistants, copilots, RAG applications, AI agents, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, AI lifecycle management, and model governance.
- Understanding of vector databases including Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, Milvus, or Qdrant.
- Experience with enterprise architecture, cloud transformation, and business process optimization.
- Professional certifications in AI, Cloud Platforms, Project Management, or Digital Transformation.
- Experience in consulting, enterprise transformation, or technology advisory roles.
- Contributions to AI thought leadership, publications, technical communities, conferences, or open-source initiatives.
