Askimo Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is an AI technology company building intelligent AI agents that help enterprises automate conversations, learning, operations and customer engagement.

Our growing suite of AI solutions includes Evotalk – Conversational AI, Evolearn – AI-powered learning, Evovision – Intelligent Monitoring, and Evodesk – AI Concierge.

As Askimo moves into its next phase of growth, with enterprise clients coming onboard and solutions moving into production environments, we are expanding our technology team.

We are looking for an AI Solutions & Deployment Engineer who can bridge the gap between our core AI products and successful enterprise deployments.

The Role This is a hands-on technical role.

You will take ownership of client deployments from understanding the technical requirement through integration, testing, UAT, go-live and production support.

You will work closely with Askimo's AI developers as well as client technology teams to ensure our AI solutions integrate smoothly with real-world enterprise systems.

What You'll Do

- Deploy and configure Askimo's AI products and solutions for enterprise clients
- Integrate our solutions with CRMs, APIs, telephony platforms, databases and other enterprise systems
- Configure conversational and Voice AI agents based on client workflows
- Translate client business requirements into technical implementation plans
- Manage development, staging and production deployments
- Conduct integration testing and coordinate client UAT
- Troubleshoot API, telephony,



application and infrastructure issues
- Monitor production deployments for reliability, latency and failures
- Work with Askimo's AI developers to resolve product-level issues
- Create deployment documentation, integration specifications and troubleshooting guides
- Help build standardised and repeatable deployment processes as Askimo scales

What We're Looking For Experience: 2–5 years Solid hands-on experience with:

Python | REST APIs | Webhooks | JSON | SQL | Git | Docker | Linux

Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform is preferred.

Exposure to atleast 6 of the following is mandatory::

- LLMs and Generative AI

- AI Agents
- RAG / Knowledge Base systems

- Conversational AI

- Voice AI
- Speech-to-Text / Text-to-Speech

- CRM integrations

- Telephony APIs
- Contact-centre technologies

- Cybersecurity for AI

Deep AI/ML research experience is not required. We are looking for an engineer who knows how to make AI solutions work reliably in real enterprise environments. Key KPIs Success in this role will be measured through:

- ≥90% on-time client deployments
- ≥95% critical UAT test-case clearance before go-live
- Minimal critical post-production issues




- Fast identification and resolution of production incidents
- Reliable CRM, API and telephony integrations
- 100% documentation of production deployments
- Strong client feedback during technical implementation
- Increasing standardisation and automation of deployments
- Reduction in routine deployment workload on the core AI development team

Compensation ₹8–12 LPA Compensation will depend on experience, technical capability and demonstrated ability to independently manage enterprise deployments.
