: AI Solutions Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior AI Solutions Consultant to drive AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. The role requires a blend of consulting, solution architecture, AI application development, training, and project deployment expertise.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI implementation, design scalable AI solutions, build proofs-of-concept, lead deployments, and enable organizations to successfully adopt Generative AI and intelligent automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities

AI Consulting & Business Engagement

- Conduct AI discovery workshops and business requirement gathering sessions.
- Identify high-impact AI use cases and develop implementation roadmaps.
- Advise clients on AI adoption strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Present AI solutions, recommendations, and project outcomes to senior stakeholders.
- Translate business challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions.

Solution Design & Development

- Design and develop AI-powered applications, assistants, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Build Generative AI applications using LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and open-source models.
- Develop AI Assistants, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications, AI Agents, and workflow automation solutions.
- Create Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and pilot projects to validate business value.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems through APIs and cloud services.

AI Project Deployment & Implementation





- Lead end-to-end deployment of AI solutions from development to production.
- Design deployment architectures for scalable and secure AI applications.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows for AI projects.
- Deploy and manage AI applications on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or OCI.
- Monitor solution performance, optimize models, and ensure reliability in production environments.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Training & Enablement

- Deliver AI awareness, Generative AI, and Prompt Engineering workshops.
- Conduct structured training programs for business and technical teams.
- Create reusable training content, implementation frameworks, and best-practice guides.
- Mentor client teams on AI adoption and operationalization.

Innovation & Knowledge Development

- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
- Evaluate new tools and platforms for client implementation.
- Contribute to internal AI accelerators, templates, and reusable assets.
- Support pre-sales activities, demonstrations, and solution proposals.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Certifications in AI, Cloud Platforms, or Data Science will be an advantage.

Experience

- 36 years of overall technology consulting, software development, or AI experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/Generative AI solutions.
- Experience in delivering customer-facing AI projects from concept to deployment.
- Proven experience conducting workshops, training programs, and stakeholder presentations.
- Solid understanding of enterprise technology environments and digital transformation initiatives.
