About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI Tech Lead to lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on coding expertise, deep knowledge of Generative AI technologies, and the ability to mentor engineering teams while delivering scalable AI products.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the technical architecture, design, and development of AI solutions.
- Design and develop AI Applications, AI Agents, Chatbots, AI Copilots, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Build scalable backend services, APIs, and AI-driven applications.
- Design robust AI workflows using modern LLM frameworks.
- Guide and mentor software engineers on AI architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.




- Participate in architecture reviews and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on development expertise.
- Strong programming skills in Python , JavaScript , or TypeScript .
- Proven experience building:
- AI Applications
- AI Agents
- AI Chatbots
- AI Copilots
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions
- Strong backend development and API design experience.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- LangChain
- LangGraph
- Vector Databases
- Similar AI frameworks and orchestration tools
- Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable system design.
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Knowledge of AI deployment, monitoring, observability, and model optimization.
- Experience integrating third-party AI services and APIs.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
- Experience building production-grade enterprise AI platforms.
