About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Python, Node.js & AI Developer to join our team and help us continuously improve, maintain, and expand our company's software platform. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development skills, experience with Python and Node.js, and an interest or hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, LLMs, and AI-powered software integrations.

You will work on our existing software to improve its functionality, develop new features, integrate AI capabilities, fix issues, improve performance, and make the overall product smarter, faster, and more user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop, maintain, and improve applications using Python and Node.js

- Understand, work with, and improve our existing codebase and software architecture
- Develop new features and functionality based on business requirements
- Integrate AI and machine-learning capabilities into our existing software
- Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI APIs
- Integrate AI services such as text generation, summarization, classification, extraction, chatbots, automation, and other AI-powered features
- Develop AI-powered workflows and automation to improve our software
- Work with APIs from AI providers and third-party platforms
- Design and develop backend APIs and services
- Identify and fix bugs, errors, and performance issues
- Improve application speed, reliability, security, and scalability
- Work with databases and optimize database queries when required
- Integrate third-party APIs, tools, and services
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code
- Test new features and AI integrations before deployment
- Monitor existing systems and troubleshoot technical issues




- Participate in technical discussions and suggest new technologies and improvements
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and other team members
- Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, LLMs, APIs, automation, and software development

AI & LLM Skills

Candidates with experience in any of the following will be highly preferred:
- OpenAI and other LLM APIs
- AI-powered chatbots and assistants
- LLM integration into existing applications
- Prompt engineering
- AI agents and workflow automation
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Vector databases and embeddings
- AI-based text processing and data extraction
- Function/tool calling
- AI API integrations
- Building AI-powered features for SaaS or business applications
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks is a plus

Strong AI experience is not mandatory for the right developer, but a genuine interest in AI and willingness to learn is important.

Requirements

* Good hands-on experience with Python and Node.js

- Solid understanding of backend development
- Experience working with REST APIs
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar
- Understanding of Git and version control
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand and improve an existing codebase
- Ability to integrate third-party APIs and services
- Basic understanding of AI/LLM concepts or willingness to learn
- Good understanding of software development best practices
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have

* Experience with FastAPI, Django, Flask, Express.js, or similar frameworks

- Experience with OpenAI or other LLM APIs




- Experience building AI-powered applications
- Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or AI agents
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of Docker and deployment processes
- Experience with Redis, queues, or background jobs
- Familiarity with CI/CD and automated testing
- Experience building scalable and high-performance applications
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies
- Experience working on SaaS products or business software
