ArchPro is looking for AI Research Interns to help us rethink how AI can be adopted across every part of project delivery, from architecture and site execution to procurement, finance, and business development.

This is not a one-off automation project or a hackathon. You will work continuously on identifying real problems, building AI-powered solutions, testing them with our teams on live projects, and turning what works into standard practice.

Role Overview

As an AI Research Intern , you will study how our teams actually work, identify where AI can create meaningful improvements, and build practical prototypes that can be tested in real workflows.

You could be working alongside a Project Architect during a design review, a Site Supervisor preparing daily reports, or the finance team processing invoices, and then exploring how AI can make that workflow faster, better, or more reliable.

You will work with frontier AI tools such as Claude, along with APIs, agents, automations, and no-code tools, to move ideas from research to working prototypes.





Key Responsibilities

- Research real workflows across architecture, site execution, procurement, finance, and business development.
- Track developments in AI models, agents, APIs, and emerging tools.
- Run structured AI experiments with clear hypotheses, tests, and outcomes.
- Build and deploy practical AI prototypes for internal teams.
- Maintain a research log documenting experiments, results, and learnings.
- Work closely with non-technical users and make AI tools simple enough for everyday adoption.
- Handle client information, drawings, commercial data, and company information responsibly using approved tools and accounts.

Requirements

- Hands-on experience with Claude is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Claude API, MCP, AI agents, APIs, scripting, automation, or no-code tools is an advantage.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to document experiments clearly.
- Curious, self-driven, comfortable with ambiguity, and willing to test ideas independently.
- Comfortable saying "this didn't work" and moving on to the next experiment.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Kochi.
- Willing to occasionally visit project sites to understand how work happens on the ground.

Qualifications

- Recent graduate or with 1-3 Year Experience from any discipline. Engineering, architecture, computer science, design, and related backgrounds are all welcome.
- Already using AI seriously and regularly, not just experimenting with ChatGPT. You should have built something real using AI
