Target candidates with

- 3–6+ years in QA/software testing

- Recent hands-on testing of a GenAI chatbot, copilot, or RAG application

- Solid functional, integration, regression, and API testing

- Experience designing prompt variations and evaluating nondeterministic responses

- Ability to identify hallucinations, unsupported answers, lost context, bias, and data leakage

- Postman or comparable API-testing experience

- Jira or Azure DevOps
- Some automation exposure, preferably Playwright or Selenium

- Microsoft AI-stack experience as a major advantage
