Electrotech Power Solutions develops AI-powered solutions for highway surveillance, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), and Multi-Lane Free Flow (MLFF) Tolling. We are looking for enthusiastic engineers who are passionate about Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or final-year students who want hands-on experience building production AI systems. You will work on real-world projects involving CCTV analytics, Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR), vehicle detection, OCR, and Edge AI deployment on NVIDIA Jetson platforms.
No prior industry experience is required. A strong willingness to learn and build practical AI solutions is more important.
Role & responsibilities
AI & Computer Vision
- Assist in training and evaluating computer vision models.
- Prepare and clean datasets for AI model training.
- Annotate images and videos using CVAT or similar annotation tools.
- Improve model accuracy through data augmentation and experimentation.
- Test and benchmark AI models on real-world highway CCTV footage.
Edge AI Development
- Learn and work with NVIDIA DeepStream SDK and TensorRT.
- Deploy AI models on NVIDIA Jetson edge devices.
- Assist in optimizing inference speed and system performance.
Software Development
- Develop Python scripts for data processing and automation.
- Build utilities for AI model evaluation and deployment.
- Work with Git for source code management.
- Participate in debugging and improving AI applications.
Data & Backend
- Work with PostgreSQL/Supabase databases.
- Store and retrieve AI detection results.
- Assist in API integration and dashboard development.
Documentation & Research
- Document experiments, model performance, and deployment procedures.
- Read research papers and evaluate recent computer vision techniques.
- Participate in R&D; for AI-based highway monitoring and intelligent transportation solutions.
Preferred candidate profile
Technical skills
- Good programming knowledge in Python.
- Understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of OpenCV.
- Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Ultralytics YOLO.
- Understanding of object detection or image classification concepts.
- Basic knowledge of Git and GitHub.
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
Preferred Skills (not mandatory)
- Experience with personal or academic AI projects.
- Knowledge of NVIDIA Jetson, CUDA, TensorRT, or DeepStream.

- Familiarity with CVAT or Label Studio.
- Understanding of ANPR, OCR, object detection, or tracking.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL or SQL databases.
- Experience with Bash scripting.
- Contributions to GitHub or open-source projects
